One credit runs one inspection and returns one report.

20 credits (16 + 4 bonus). About $1.75 per report. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Upload a mesh without a credit and see how many findings of each type it has: codes, levels and counts only. No locations, no PDF, no JSON detail. Up to 3 free checks per day.

What a credit gets you

• Report_Summary.pdf: one page per finding type, with location views, a close-up with scale and direction, and a table of regions.
• Report_Agent.json: a summary index your agent can load first.
• Report_Items.jsonl and Report_Regions.jsonl: every region with its centre, extent, vertex IDs, positions, face IDs and a Blender selection line.

Limits

Meshes up to 2,000,000 triangles and 200 MB. Formats: GLB, glTF, OBJ, FBX, VRM, PMX, DAE, 3MF, PLY, STL. A .zip with a single mesh is fine. Draco-compressed GLB is not supported.

When no credit is used

If a file is rejected (too large, unreadable, unsupported format) or processing fails, no credit is used. If a credit was already reserved, it is returned automatically.

Re-uploading the same file

If you upload exactly the same file again, we stop before using a credit and ask you to confirm. Results are not reused, so a new inspection uses 1 credit. Your earlier report stays available for 30 days after it was made. Any changed file, even slightly, is treated as a new file and processed right away. Free checks of the same file show the stored counts again.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT.

Prices in Korea include VAT: ₩50,000 for a 20-credit pack, or ₩3,300 for a single report.
